Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Plianta Fieldnotes account and all associated data directly from within the app. Follow the steps below.

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Open Plianta Fieldnotes
    Go to fieldnotes.plianta.com and log in to your account.
  2. Open the Menu
    Tap the menu icon in the top-right corner of the app.
  3. Go to Account Settings
    Select "Account" from the menu.
  4. Delete Account
    Scroll down to the "Danger Zone" section and tap "Delete Account".
  5. Confirm Deletion
    A confirmation dialog will appear. Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure to export any data you want to keep before deleting your account.

Alternative: Request Deletion via Email

If you are unable to delete your account through the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email to support@plianta.com from the email address associated with your account.

We will process your request within 30 days.
